Walk every project from 2026. Note the slowdowns. Note the wins. Write three operational changes for 2027. This is the only time of year you have the bandwidth to think strategically.
Update the website
Refresh testimonials, portfolio, team page. Push the quote widget configuration changes you've been delaying. The site has to convert before the January traffic surge.
Plan Q1 marketing
Block 8 hours to write January-March's email campaigns, social posts, and Google Ad copy. Schedule it all to publish automatically. January-you will thank December-you.
Personal stuff
Get a physical. See your dentist. Take your spouse on a date. The shop will survive a week of you being unavailable. Your body and marriage might not survive another year of being last.
